For all my friends, of whom I am truly thankful this day.. I remember Thanksgivings past, memories and phrases that are burned into my mind, like a scorched turkey.
"Hell, I'm too drunk to get to the table."
"I've started wearing a thong," Grandma.
"Hey, Cousin Jenny's cuter than I remember."
"Who invited the vegan?"
and my favorite:
"Baste this!"
